do a leg wax first, definitely! if you do a spray tan first then when they wax your legs it may take off some of the tan especially if you do it right after, the tan will come off!

You should get your legs done first, then a spray tan. If you don't at least shave your legs before getting a spray tan, I know of people who had very slight, very light lines on their legs from the hair. But If you get your legs waxed first, this should eliminate all possibility of that happening. Have fun, and I hope I helped.
definitely do waxing then tan, the wax could pull off the top layer of skin so your tan would be messed up if you do it the other way round x
