I'm pale skinned and don't tan often because I'm not down with skin cancer.

Tanning sprays are not good, but still work. Tanning beds is a no no, because if you use tanning beds alot, you can burn your skin cells and your organs inside your body.

Tan r u, But the sun is also the best way to get it, and it provides vitamin c and d, many people believe tanning is bad, but only if you burn, a tan is the bodies natural protection.
