I've just had a spray tan and it smells disgusting? do all spray tans smell like this, how can i get it to go?

No all self tanners smell funny! i know what you mean, even the face tanner creams smell funny. It almost makes you cautious as to if its safe for your skin since it smells like that. But yes they all smell like that, ive used about 7 different kinds

yeah thats what i hate about self tanning, it really stinks!


my boyfriend hates it when i use fake tan he says i dont smell good but i look good lol. after a few showers later the smell will go but the at the same time so does the tan. catch 22!

you can get either by garnier or johnson, they dont smell.


and the only way to ged rid of the smell right now is to scrub it off or just wait it out x
The DHA in fake smell has a distinct and sometimes unpleasant smell - a bit like burnt flapjack. The only thing you can do is shower but then you might lose your tan.
It will wear off.

I usually get St Tropez, and while it smells when just applied, once you shower it will disappear.
The active ingredient in all fake tans smells - shower after a good 12 hours and the worst of it should go.
The smell wont last , use a normal or scented moisturizer to help,
No, it will always stink. All self tanners stink, some more than others. It will go away sometime.
I think they ripped you off and sold you cow manure.
