If we found a 4th way would you refuse to use it?

How about a 5th?

6th?
try the new kinds of lotions that have a hint of tanning lotion in it. It will give you a gradual tan that looks more natural and it keeps your skin hydrated better - I use Jergens Natural Glow
There's tinted lotions out there that work well. If you don't want spray that's a good option. Otherwise, you'd have to go with fake bake or au natural.

(I didn't see that someone already said this, sorry!)
I've heard rumors of pills that are supposed to increase the melinan in your skin. Melinan is what makes your skin turn tan in the sun. The best way to get a natural looking tan without ruining your skin and putting you at risk for cancer is using a lotion with a touch of self tanner in them. I love the one that Jergins makes, and they have a face version as well. You put it on everyday until you get a color that you like and then you only have to use it a couple times a week. Using a bronzer on your face can also help you acheive a tan look, but be careful where you apply it. Dust it on your cheek bones and the ';T'; zone (forhead, nose, and chin) which are places that naturally get tan when you're out in the sun.
you could use a powder bronzer, but it would take a long time and get on your clothes.

why not get tan naturally by using a sunscreen (spf 15 at least) and tanning little by little over time? this is the safest way.

also, i have to say there is nothing wrong with being pale. look at scarlett johansen, madonna, liv tyler, nicole kidman, to name a few light skinned beauties
There isn't any other. It is either spray on, lay in the sun, or tanning bed. Pick one.
There is another way. But you almost need to have unlimited resources from a dermatologist. There is a liquid that dermatologists use to make skin more sciceptible (sp) to light, but the liquid only comes in a form of small tubes and never in bulk. Once applied to the skin, the skin will be very sensitive to light for the next 24 to 48 hours. A regualr 80 watt bulb will give you a sun burn if you were exposed to it for around 4 hours. If you covered your whole body with this liquid and was under a regular light bulb for say 30mins...you will get a tan...Other than that...no real way that I can think of that is out of the box from what you do not want to do.
some new sprays work so well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO A TANNING SALON, OR THE SUN!!!!!!!!!!!! tinted moisturizers do wonders on your face %26amp; neck.
Are you serious??? If so I'm sure we all would be dark and sexy. Is there some way to lose weight and still eat all the time and set on the couch and be lazy??? Didn't think so
