Depends how big you want your white bits to be! I have used both, thong will leave less white bits but knickers will cover you up more if you are embarassed.


Remember to wear old underwear that you dont mind being ruined or stained.


They may even give you a paper thong to wear.

If you are having a spray on tan then i'll recommend wearing a thong but if you are going under the hot lights then i would not advice a thong at all because your bum is a delicate place and so i'll suggest french knickers but rolling them up a little. This will protect your skin.

I'd wear a thong but I'd feel more comfortable in knickers. If you wear knickers then wear a pair that have a sexy cut so that it leaves an attractive outline on your bottom. Also, remember that if you are going to let your boyfriend see your tan then you need to be sure that whatever undies you wear are the same size or bigger than the pair you wear when you get sprayed. I'd wear a pair of low rise bikini knickers personally. Good luck xxx
