99% of places do not have a person doing they spraying. You will get into a booth. You will want to go in naked to prevent lines. Plus anything you wear will be stained. They will give you instructions when you get there but you go into a room, get naked, put lotion on your fingers, elbows, and knees (they will look terrible if you don't), put on a shower cap so your hair doesn't get sprayed, and get into the booth. Sometimes you turn, sometimes you don't. They will explain all of that.


If you are getting tanned by a person, wear an OLD thong and strapless bra. They will be permanently stained so I don't suggest you wear anything nice.GETTING A SPRAY TAN dont no what to wear?!?
Okay so I just went to a salon near me and there is actually a new spray tan system called VersaSpa. It tans you itself and you go in the machine and it sprays you by itself. I say you cancel your appointment, look up on the versaspa website to see where one is near you and go check it out because this way you don't have to worry about what to wear because no one will be spraying you. It will be just you and the machine :)
What ever you feel comfortable wearing. Some people like to wear bra and pants. It depends on the salons policy too... some won't let you go without pants and will provide you with disposable ones - which aren't as bad as they sound! I would suggest just wearing a thong. And afterwards - put on really loose trousers or shorts so as not to streak your legs - and a loose top as well. Your best to leave your bra off for a few hours as well. xxxx
I do believe they give you paper knickers to wear don't they.


If you don't wanna go in topless then wear an old bikini top or bra.





If you're unsure then you could phone up the place where you are getting it done and ask them what you should or should not wear.
i always wear a bikini but some place give you paper thongs depends where your going .. if you dont want lines then take your bra off lol!! sounds alot worse than it is but its not as bad as it sounds atleast your not going to see them again and if you go back then they've already seen it!!

As for me, im male. I dont go for fake tans.
They usually give u paper pants but i'd wear and old thong in case they don't! Don't wear a bra! The people that do are quite used to people standing starkers!
I would suggest an old bikini.
